Autumn concert JSO Crescendo (free entrance, no reservation)

The youth symphony orchestra Crescendo has been in existence for 34 years, always under the direction of Käthi Schmid Lauber. At least two major programmes have been prepared every year for a good 15 years. The programme includes major symphonies, solo concertos and film music. Quite a few former members can be found today at a conservatory or already as professional musicians.
The JSO Crescendo and its 60 or so members also play at various celebrations, private events, church services and dances. We are happy to be hired for your event in the desired size. In summer, the young musicians can also be found playing music on the street.
The JSO Crescendo is unique far and wide in that it is not just an orchestra, but also a choir - it is not uncommon for it to be engaged for this speciality alone.
